Data is an integral part of modern scientific work. Good research data management (RDM) and the communication related information extremely important matter. It not only crucial for ongoing its claims but also future uses data. In recent years some guiding principles, e.g. FAIR principles initiatives at national international level, NFDI, NFDI4Ing have been founded to improve RDM. The metadata are often handled in file system like structures which versioned logged. relating handling documented plan (DMP). DMPs usually managed similar structures. These made available editable document formats as well online free-text forms users required keep updating manually. isolated documents neither direct relation verification nor common understand with consistency. this paper, large-scale interdisciplinary projects presented. On one hand it introduces, contemporary practices RDM on other helps researchers determine features situations when comes select or develop a same purpose. further introduces design semi-automatic completion DMP functions collaborative environment a.k.a. virtual (VRE). assumed that proposed will assist enable update semi-automatically integrated during all phases life cycle. Direct verification, understanding consistency be maintainable.
